Hope for Every Child

CONNECTED FOSTER CARE

Changing the Way Families Foster

EQUIPPING FAMILIES TO WELCOME VULNERABLE CHILDREN

As Christ entered our brokenness, foster care is the open door for us as followers of Christ to enter the lives of vulnerable children and families with the hope of the Gospel and the love of Christ.  Every child deserves to be connected to loving, nurturing relationships that empower them for healthy futures.

Missional families want to welcome vulnerable children and impact a childhood but are often unsure they can navigate all that comes with fostering. We are changing the way families foster by providing professional services that are Christ-centered, trauma-informed, and family-focused.

Whoever welcomes a child in My name, welcomes Me.

Our Ministry

In Arkansas, you can choose to be licensed by the state through State Foster Care (DCFS) or through Private Foster Care Providers. Private foster care agencies are contracted by the state to place children in loving, caring foster homes. We are the Private Foster Care Provider of Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries. We are a Christ-Centered, trauma-informed placement agency, specializing in the highest areas of need in Arkansas: ages 6+, teens, and siblings. We are a reunification-focused agency.

We equip foster families to say yes to children from hard places. We place children in the highest quality foster homes because they are provided the highest quality professional services needed to successfully meet a child’s needs. Our goal is to have an eternal impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families. Our homes become a place of hope and healing, not just a temporary landing place for children.

Your yes today changes a child’s tomorrow. In order for children from hard places to have healthy tomorrows, they need healing today. Without your yes, a child’s future is at risk.

As a family, you have the opportunity to live out the gospel to the broken and hurting lives in your community. You have the opportunity to experience the blessing of seeing a child and a family restored.

As a church, you have the opportunity to meet the needs of broken lives in your community. You have an open door to impact the most vulnerable in your community with the hope of Christ.

We believe that the Gospel changes lives and that biological families are worthy of redemption and restoration. Viewing foster care as a ministry not only to the child, but to the whole family paves the way for families to be redeemed and restored. When we begin to see families restored, we will see communities transformed.
